Shine Cleaning Company focuses on detail oriented service.  We understand that each home operates differently so we custom tailor our services to fit your needs.  You will be assigned one or two team members for cleanings.  Your cleaning team will be the same each week. 

We go to great lengths to hire the right people to clean your home.  To ensure proper communication so that your needs are met, all of our employees speak and read English.  Only trusted, pre-screened team members that have been trained in our special cleaning techniques are sent to your home or business.  Many house cleaners are paid on quantity alone.  Not us.  Our team members focus on the quality of their work, not on how many houses they clean in one day.  Your team will bring all pertinent supplies and equipment to ensure a superior cleaning. 

For your convenience, we offer weekly, twice monthly, monthly, or one time cleanings.  The initial cleaning is more labor intensive and time consuming and will prepare us for regular maintenance service. 

We ask that you have your house picked up so that our team can focus on the thorough cleaning the Shine Cleaning Company process demands.  You may leave a note with questions, comments, or requests for our team. 

Let our office know how our team should enter your house.  This information will be kept in strict confidence.  Keys are kept in a safe and handed out on the day of cleaning to your team leader. 

Payment is due at time of service.  We ask that you notify us twenty-four (24) hours in advance if you need to cancel a cleaning.  Otherwise, a $40.00 trip charge will be assessed to cover transportation costs and employee wages. 

We are fully insured and bonded in case of accident or injury on your property. 

Our team members strive to provide excellent service.  If you are not completely pleased with your service, notify us within 24 hours and we will correct any problems at our expense. 

Our company grows mainly on referrals from satisfied customers.  If you are happy with our service, tell your friends and family about us.  By referring us, we will reward you with $100 off a cleaning after their third session with us.
